What is the Best Way to Fight Stress?

 
 Life gives us unlimited trials, which bring us to troublesome stress.  As we grow older,  this is  the usual feeling that we may have.  I remember when  my exams came.  Thinking  that I would spend great time on memorizing and  reviewing my past lessons, really ruined my day.  I even got headache  due to those school problems. I'm doing that starting from Elementary up to tertiary level.  I know you are very familiar with the feeling.

But school days are  only some of instances that make us uneasy and uncomfortable.There are several kinds of  life's problems  that often knock us down .  The worst thing that stress can cause is depression, which lead us  to the darkest part of our journey.  I remember the time when  I was trying  to help in solving  the conflict between my friends.  You know what happened? The conflict extended and another conflict, between me and my  friend( who's involved in the said conflict), came up.  I felt doomed ,down and wasted that time.  What I knew was , I was just trying to help them. Yet, the next thing I knew was I was already involved in their dispute. Funny isn't it? 

I was deeply wounded by the thought  of why everything ended that way. I was so stressed out. You know why I'm having a hard time in healing myself from that situation?  I'm a person  that don't easily give my trust to people  that's the reason why I only have few friends. This is rooted in my elementary experience.  In my early age, I got betrayed by my so called bestfriend.  Now  that I'm grown up, I felt  that I experience the same thing through  that conflict. I value my friends that much that's why it's hard for me accept  the particular issues about our friendship. I wept, get too emotional, and get stressed A LOT.

If you would ask, how do I cope up in that situation , that stressful moments, well, it's certainly not easy. I use time to heal myself and includes positive thoughts  during the process of healing.  But before giving each other a space  and time to ponder,  I talk to her and and tell what I feel, that I've been hurt.

After that, I do the things that interest me,  the activities that makes me happy like writing and drawing. I even invest my time on exercise since I need to take care of my health. Specifically, I do Zumba every day and it;s really fun doing it.  You'll be relaxed while aiming to be fit.  I think this is best way to fight every stress that we have in life.  We are individually different that's why I knew that you have your own way  of coping with  your problems and stress. This is how I deal with every challenges in my journey. I know it will work on you too. 

Just remember that every time stress comes, don't let yourself be eaten wholly by it. We can always choose to fight on it and be free from its sorrowful shadows.
