Several people are trying so hard to gain more knowledge and eradicate ignorance. But as people reach
what they called dream, the true essence of being educated is slowly fading. People are humans, have high intellect yet only few of them manage to stay human and act as one. Power, authority , position, and pride misguide them to the dark side of their personality.
JUne 13, 2015, I experienced being discriminated by one of those abusive people in their high position. I'm too disappointed by his manners . I feel insulted , of course . That insult not just for me but entitled for all the students who graduated and still studying in my school. But I manage not to say anything against his deeds. You know why? His pity uneducated behavior put me in silence. i never thought that I would experience such.
He was talking to a vendor when that insult happened. Before, my usual reaction was to feel inferior and think that I'm worthless. Yet that time, I felt ashamed, not for myself but for that school administrator who was smoking right inside the campus. I'm so disappointed. I don't deserved such treatment. I just feel bad of wasting my time on him.
He belittled my whole batch. But thanks to him , I've learned something and this is what I can say," Your future doesn't depend on what others thought about you. It's all about how you deal with it."
